1. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a reservation, full payment or a deposit may be required.

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

2. Safety Regulations

Your safety is our priority. All passengers must:

• Wear provided life jackets at all times while on the water.
• Follow the instructions of the boat pilot and staff.
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3. Liability

Rani Boat House is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Participation in water sports involves inherent risks, and you agree to participate at your own risk.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
